BUSINESS SPACE
Kentucky Highlands Innovation Center is a 9,000 square foot facility in London, Kentucky providing a space for small businesses to launch and collaborate with others  in our region. It houses a number of offices, cubicles and meeting spaces designed with collaboration in mind. The Innovation Center also serves as a location for technical assistance, training and workshops provided to clients of Kentucky Highlands Investment Corporation.  wrapped with business assistance designed to promote growth of new and developing businesses.

This business accelerator is part of the Kentucky Innovation Network, a network of 12 other technology-based centers in the state focused on job development through science, technology and knowledge-based businesses.

OFFICE ENVIRONMENT
The KHICenter is equipped with a variety of space for clients to rent, including: 8 cubicles 2 dry labs 2 wet labs Private offices Day desks coming soon

COLLABORATION
The KHIC Center staff is selective about office space use. Tenants are chosen based on their need for space and services, their ability to bring value to other clients, and the growth potential of their business. This provides the opportunity for the physical space to be used to grow several businesses through collaboration.

MEETING ENVIRONMENT
Not only does the KHIC Center provide the space for individual offices, it also provides meeting space for clients, and training space for workshops and networking meetings.
